A Return to Your Being | Portugal Retreat
August 14–19, 2027

Five nights on the wild Atlantic coast, at Cocoon, a 275 acre farm in Portugal's Alentejo region. We take over the whole place. Two movement classes a day, nights under a sky full of stars, sunrise beach waslked, and food pulled straight from the farm all week long.

Most days give you two practices. One rooted in yoga, one a somatic release built to move stuck energy. On beach days, we let the ocean run the schedule instead.

This is a week for taking care of you. Because when you're taken care of, so is everyone around you.

What's included:

  • 5 nights at Cocoon, a 275 acre farm on Portugal's Atlantic coast

  • All meals, farm to table, plus one pizza night

  • Coffee, tea, and water throughout your stay

  • Two practices a day. Yoga, somatic release, meditation, journaling, and workshop-style breakdowns, woven through your stay.

  • Two yoga shalas, one indoor and one outdoor.

  • Full run of the property: beach trips, hammocks, bicycles, and more

Terrace Rooms

Payment & Deposit Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. This deposit secures your place and is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, illness, or change of plans.

  • Once your deposit has been received, you will be sent a Google Form to confirm your room preference, roommate details, and dietary requirements.

  • Following your deposit and completed form, we'll issue an invoice for your remaining balance, due 60 days before the retreat. If you sign up within 60 days of the retreat, payment in full is required at booking.

  • We encourage guests to rent a car to get around the area. Closer to the retreat date, we'll share everyone's flight details so you can coordinate carpools if you'd like. A bus from Lisbon is also available. Uber has not yet made it out to where we're staying, so plan on a rental car, taxi, or the bus.

  • Single occupancy is limited to 2 available rooms, offered first-come, first-served.

  • All prices are listed in USD and include applicable fees.
